Innis Arden Interactive-Surveys

When Innis Arden was a new community, volunteerism offset what might have been large expenditures to maintain the quality of our environment. With the prevalence of two income families, this type of effort has increasingly declined, resulting in contracting out tasks once performed by the people living here. Currently, the clubhouse, grounds, reserves, and landscaping need to be maintained and can only be funded by the rummage sale and annual dues. Please let us know how you feel about raising these dues to maintain the quality of our environment.
